The brushless motors provide impressive power and runtime, with the impact driver being particularly capable. Useful features like bright LED lights, USB charging ports, and a quick-charge function are appreciated. Many customers state the combo outperforms more expensive 20V tools and represents excellent value. However, a few reported issues with the drill portion, such as malfunctioning or poor trigger response. Overall, the majority of reviews are very positive.

Would RecommendDrill has good power for being compact and light weight. Battery charges fast. Sturdy construction. I watched several youtube vids on this drill that all had positive reviews and its holding up to expectations. Haven’t used the impact driver yet.

Nice drill combo
Would RecommendWell, I was not looking for a SKIL combo, but went ahead and purchased it. I'm glad I did, the drills are both strong and light enough to use continuously and the PWRCore 12V battery lasts long enough for me. Sorry, I was supposed to choose only one thing, but I was impressed, what can I say!

Great little powerhouse
Would RecommendI purchased them after feeling how light they were in store, for the price I couldn't say no. Both function flawlessly. I do wish it came with two batteries instead of one but I purchased another. A carry bag would also have been nice but again for the price, cant really complain. USB charging points on the battery and the charger are a nice touch. Multiple speeds help make work smooth. Overall great power, incredibly lightweight and I absolutely love the halo lighting on the impact. ...

Very impressed on weight to power ratio!!
Great so far! Built a 8x8' preasure treated platform out of 2×6 stringers & deck boards. Lots of 3.5" large Lag & deck screws along with 12, 8" large Lag bolt screws for storage shed unit. No problems, very impressed! Light weight to. Used them both (drill & impact) with 15 yr old grandson. 4 stars cause, forgot which one (think the drill driver), had a split second delay on start up when pulling trigger on & off but never noticed it under load when using it & screwing the lumber together. 2nd r...

kend Warrior / DIY
Would RecommendFor the price I paid it was definitely worth the money. Skil has really stepped up their game because they are now manufactured by Chervon, the same company that makes the Kobalt power tools which have gained much respect from the tool community in the last few years, but this particular 12 volt unit is more than good enough for weekend warriors and DIY levels of work, capable of doing the same things as other more expensive 12 volt units. I have used it for the last few months on all types of d...

AMAZING SET!!!
Would RecommendAwesome product, i was doubtful at first due to them being a 12 volt, but i will say i was fairly surprised, this little set packs power i use these on a daily basis for appliance installation and removal and i am more than pleased with the power, speed, and comfortability of these drills, and the compact size is a huge plus when trying to install in tight spaces. All in all i highly recomend this set, the only downfall is it only comes with one battery so invest in a second battery for better l...
