Ratings & Reviews for SIMPSON Pro Series with AAA Triplex Pump 3500-PSI 2.5-GPM Cold Water Gas Pressure washer with 5 Spray Tips

Nice!

Starts right up and runs great. Fairly compact footprint for a 3500psi machine. Only negative point is that there is no detergent container. I'm not sure if there is an option to purchase one but it would be nice to have one.

Great tool

I manage a car wash. I use this pressure washer in a lot of different ways and it's always highly reliable and gets the job done.

It's a winner!

This pressure washer does everything I want. Plenty of power, low profile for easy storage, quality parts and runs great. I added quick-connect hose fittings to make it even better. I also bought the surface cleaner, which makes driveways and patios a breeze. Highly recommended.

Easy to move around

The two previous pressure washers in owned were awkward to push/pull around. When I put the Simpson together, I thought, oh, boy. But to my surprise, it's very easy to maneuver, even through the yard. As far as cleaning , it did a great job removing the mildew and spider webs from my white vinyl fence! Tomorrow, I tackle my sidewalk using a surface cleaner!

Easy

Products fit together easily and operated better than expected. Starts easily and maneuvers into tight spaces easily.

Great machine

Highly recommend this machine for anything commercial or residential plenty of power

Difficult

Despite the high number of positive reviews, this turned out to be a disappointment. Holes in the handle are not properly lined up. We managed to get one bolt in, but had to zip ties on the other side due to improper alignment. This was minor and the plan was to re-drill the holes to line everything up. Assembly was simple after that. We managed to get the engine running but it stopped after a few seconds and would not start. We are going to return for a refund.

Just got it

Just bought this and put it together. Looks sturdy and has a good reputation. If it’s not great I will surely leave another review.

About this pressure washer About a month ago and its the best choice I made.

My Power Washer

I have used this to clean a concrete pad that had been vacant for several years. It did a wonderful job it looked like new when I was finished.

Excellent power and performance

Paired this with a 20" surface cleaner and my driveway and sidewalks look like they were professionally cleaned...with chemicals. I never have been able to get this good of a result from previous machines without using chemicals...and they still don't match what this did. When I used the nozzles, there was serious power - glad there are 2 handles on the wand! Word of advice - make sure all parts and pieces are attached when you unpack. The first one I got from the store had a broken piece, a...

So far so good

So far so good. Today is the first day using it. Seems powerful so far.

Pre-Review

Right now I'm giving it five stars, and I do recommend it. It was put together easy. Everything seems solid, but I haven't ran it yet, so when I do, then I can give a better review. So far so good. One small issue: the handle or gun or whatever you call it doesn't secure to the side of the unit when the hose is hooked to it. It barely stays without the hose.

Great machine

I bought this machine after my old faithful sprung a leak in the pump assembly. This machine is great, it’s lightweight, maneuverable, great pressure and a great deal. The wand, handle and tips along with a good hose were great to have included. I would recommend if you’re looking for a gas power washer to not walk past this one.

pump is poor quality

My AAA pump lasted 18 months. Pump started blowing thermal pop off. Simpson warranty station refused to do warranty work because Simpson tells him that all the parts are normal wear and tear. Lowe's did nothing to back up there 5 year warranty as advertised. I'm not sure if the extended warranty from Lowe's would have made any difference. But if the ad gives a 5 year, why would a person need any extended paperwork
