I LIKE THE WAY IT WAS PACKED IN THE BOX WILL ALL PROTECTION IT WAS EASY TO FINISH UP THE PRODUCT PUTTING IT TOGETHER I PUT OIL IN AS PERCRIBED AND ADDED THE GAS IT STARTED UP RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX NO PROBLEM I STARTED USING IT TO CLEAN MY DRIVE WAY AND I LIKE ALL THE DIFFERENT SPRAY TIPS THAT WERE IN THE PACKAGE BAS WELL. i DO LIKE THAT IT USES 10 W 30 WHICH IT GOOD OIL HIGH GRADE THAT IS EVEN BETTER I WILL USE THIS MACHINE ALOT TO KEEP MY AREA CLEAN GOOD PRESSURE WITH WATER HOSE GREAT PRODUCT...

Good brand
I’ve always owned a pressure washer, always had good luck with Honda engines. Honda quit making small engines in 2023 due to emission laws. I bought this because Simpsons is a dependable brand name. I like the power and larger fuel tank. I wish it started easier after warmed up. It takes 4-5 pulls, about same as starting it cold.

Engine failed
The engine at about 3 hours of us in 6 months ate itself from the inside. Oil was full of aluminum dust and the engine stopped running.

Stopped during THIRD use.
Really disappointed I like this pressure washer. Noticed loose engine mount bolts before I started it for its third use after about 15 minutes. It stopped running and would not restart.

Bought this to replace an older Craftsman pressure washer that was a bear to start after the first two years. This Simpson fires right up with one or two pulls. Lots of power and the hose and wand are first class. This one is more powerful than my previous machine (3500 vs 3000 psi) and that difference makes for faster and more thorough cleaning.
