Impressed and satisfied.

Cleaned my long driveway and sidewalks. The pressure washer worked flawlessly for two days with very little rest. I am very satisfied with it's performance thus far.

Not good for commercial

Product worked great day one. After the first time using had issues starting and pressure has dropped when on.

Bad right out of box

Carried the unit home and put it together. Followed all instructions. Hooked up water. And had no pressure. 35 years. Of industrial maintenance, I notice the motor shaft turning, but not the pump shaft. Called tech support, was put on hold for 48 minutes for a tech. When the tech answered I gave them the model and serial number. I was told they didn’t make this product, and when I asked, they told me I was talking to troybuilt, after dialing the number on the side of a Simmons pressure washer. S...

Easy start, ease of changing tips

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and was amazed at how easy it is to use. Starts on first or second pull of the starter rope and exchanging different tips was so easy and simple.

Great machine

I bought this bigger washer to replace a 3000 psi Simpson that I gave my son-in-law. (I use him to by bigger and better tools) So far I am very pleased with my choice. At this time my only complaint is that for the amount of money it cost me, a manual needs to come with the washer.

works as it should. only reason only four stars is promo pictures showed a side handle on the sprayer and mine did not come with one.

Don't do it!!

In a word, "Terrible". This thing is #1 on my list of worst recent purchases, although if you like pulling on a cord until you pass out this is the one for you. Once I got it started the hose leaked like a sieve and it runs like it has a covid mask on. I hate this thing!! find something else to do with your 800$. FYI I didnt return it because we were in the middle of the pandemic and the customer service was virtually non exsistent. Now my 12 month warranty is up and I'm stuck with an overpriced...

Best performance at a compact size

I previously used the PS60918, same series but with 4000 psi. This one performs just as well at 3,700 psi. But it's MUCH lighter and more compact. Highly recommend!

Simpson ONCE was a reputable brand

I had the 3300 PSI (think that was the PSI) with Kohler engine for several years and never once did I have an issue. Decided to “upgrade” to the 3700 PSI with the Honda engine and within 2 months (used pressure washer maybe 3x) the main engine gasket failed and had leaking oil on my garage floor. Fortunately it was under warranty and had brought it back to Lowe’s to have it sent out for service. They did so and I got my unit back without issue. Why 2 stars? Poor Quality Assmebly & No Pressure - NOT WORTH IT

After renting pressure washers every year to clean the deck and siding on the house I finally decided to purchase my own.  Given that I was used to Simpson rental units, I figure the Simpson PRO 3700 would be a higher quality home unit.
