What Customers Are Saying
The pressure washer offers powerful performance with a reliable Honda engine that provides ample pressure and flow rate for various cleaning tasks. Many users praise its durability and convenient features like the adjustable pressure knob and additional wand handle. However, some customers have reported issues with premature component failures and lower-than-advertised pressure. Overall, it appears to be a high-quality product when functioning properly, but users should inspect it carefully upon delivery and be prepared to follow up with the manufacturer if any problems arise.

Terrible quality control, worse customer service!
Would Not RecommendSince my one star review is apparently being filtered (its been a week since I posted it) I will repost with updates. This may be a great power washer but buyer beware of the Lowe's/Simpson one two combo will leave you unsatisfied at best. The most powerful pressure I’ve ever used.
Would RecommendIve had this pressure washer for about 2.5-3 years and runs like a dream still. Bought this for commercial and residential use and have had no problems at all. Starts right up every time. I did replace the gun and hose I think. I am a female, 5’3” tall, and 107 lbs. and it just about wants to knock me down. I have to have a tight grip. Powerful. I’d recommend all day long.
