This replaces first one (I have 3) that is old and won’t charge any more. They are in 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Was using them before Covid. No messy soap dishes or bars of soap! Love them. So convenient. Highly recommend. Recharge quickly.

Product has changed
Still good, but since initially purchasing 3 of these about 5 years ago, the product quality has dropped. In replacing one, the motor is now louder and the sensor less sensitive and consistent when delivering soap.

New styling
Love the small changes to design, the on/off switch and the wider mouth for filling. Have numerous pumps throughout the house. So handy and beautiful.

Great as Always
This is the 3rd one we've bought. It's amazing and I love it and now I can't use any other soap pump. The old fashioned one I got at a craft fair for our kitchen broke, and I knew what I had to get. They even work in the dark. Don't ask me how, and don't tell me. I want to believe it's magic.

Love the changes
My old one died after over two years of dedicated use. Got a new 2026 version and love the improvements!

Recent acquisition of a fine product company review
Very impressive company we’ve had these products for years and when one failed to perform without hesitation, they sent a replacement which works fine, very impressive and I will continue doing business with this company when they treat their guests like this amazing without hesitation

Great automatic soap (or lotion) dispenser
The SimpleHuman automatic soap dispensers are high quality and very convenient to use. Anyone can benefit form them, but they are especially helpful for anyone with arthritis. We own several of them & use them in the kitchen & bathrooms for both soap & lotion

I Love It!
So far so good! I love the bronze color, it matches perfectly with my kitchen faucet. Not to mention I love the fact that I don't have to touch the dispenser to get soap which means no more pumps, no water on my counter and no cross contamination while I cook! More than likely I will purchase 3 more, one for every bathroom!
