Love the design, unfortunately third one
I really love the utility of this wall mounted pump. I use it for hand soap above our utility tub in the basement. Unfortunately this is the third one I've purchased because after a few years it quits dispensing. I have tried to soak the unit and rinse it in case it is plugged but it seems that for some reason the dispensing mechanism just quits working after a while.

I am disappointed that the web site does not have instructions for cleaning these pumps it's a great product but my first one clogged & was in perfectly good condition however I was unable to clear the clog & had to order a new one. cleaning instructions should come first !!!!!!

This is our second one. We've had our 1st for years. Only reason for this purchase is to replace the one we have due to rust. My wish from this day going forward is that all companys take pride in the product they sell and make it to last. There's so much waste on our lands.
