Ratings & Reviews for simplehuman Liner Pocket Can with Soft-Close Lid, 55 Liter Brushed Steel Commercial Indoor Kitchen Step Trash Can

Upgrade

I had my first Simple Human trash can for 16 years! It still works fine, but I decided I needed an upgrade. I’m so happy with my new one. It’s a little bit bigger. Even my husband, who is hard to please loves this new trash can. I love that it doesn’t have an inner liner anymore. I was wondering if the trash bag would stay in place, and it does. I can’t say enough good things about this brand!

I don’t think the pod

I don’t think the pod work so well, but I loved the cans especially the 55L easy to clean

High quality trashcan.

We decided to replace our previous simplehuman can, which we had for many years. The foot step spring wasn't working so well anymore. This one is much larger, and fits well in our kitchen space. I like the design of it. We hope this lasts for many years.

Elevated trash can

High quality, practical and stylish trash can. Also easy ordering and great service. I’m a fan.

great capacity. modern look

i've had simplehuman wastebaskets for wel over a decade (maybe two). while expensive, they exude high quality and last. any warranty claims are straightforward (love their lengthy warranty periods!). as far as this can goes, i like its updated features: no removable bins to line and integrated liner holder. the one side effect of the integrate bin liner is that the back of the can's base is no longer flush with the wall it's up against, so over a few actuations of the step bar, the base is pushe...

Awesome products even better warranty!

Love my new trash can and appreciate that Simple Human stands behind their products. .

Great

We had a simplehuman trash can with the recycling and our city is doing away with the recycling due to costs. We really liked that trash can so we purchased this one as a replacement to have a larger trash can. I love the black, it is easy to keep clean, doesn't have streaks like the stainless steel when I wipe it off. The lid closes and opens so easily and is quiet. It is worth paying a bit more to get a simplehuman product that will last and looks great in your kitchen.

Such a relief!

We are thoroughly enjoying how well the bag fits the can and how the brim keeps the bag from slipping off the edge when tossing things in! This is a game changer. Will be switching our every trash can.

55 rectangular step can

I absolutely love and adore this step can. I’ve been addicted to simple human products for a few years now because there’s none like their products. I will forever love simple human. Best quality around ❤️❤️❤️

Always Outstanding

It is a great size and sleek. Adds a clean look to your everyday trash. Warranty is spot on, and very quick to resolve the problem.

Great!

I was hesitant to buy a trash can at this price point, but it is worth it. It holds a lot of trash, and most importantly the trash bag stays up and in place when putting trash inside. Would recommend!

Best trash can ever!

This can is worth every penny and by far the best one on the market. If you are looking for a new trash can I would definitely consider this one.

Absolutely love it!

I love these trash cans! This is my first one but a friend of mine has had hers for years and it’s still in excellent condition! Works great love the size and style! High key recommend!

The can is wonderful!

We love the can. The bags are great too. Can holds any bad smells inside. We feel the can will last a long time. It's made with quality.

hummmm. . .

I thought this had an interior, removable container which the bag fit over. It's all one unit now, so if I want to wash it, I have to wash the whole thing. I like the older model better.

Likely to Buy Another!

Strong and sturdy with a nice design and form factor, suitable for free-standing in my kitchen. Oh, and the 55L is big. Way better than my old tiny under-sink plastic deal-y. Just what I was looking for.

Sleek and functional

This purchase was a replacement for one that is 18 years old. It was time for a new version and the old one is now for recycle. Love the new design and wider pedal.

Fantastic

Best made trashcan ever! Perfect size. You can slide a piece of box in there and still have tons of room for other trash. We have four of them. I even have one in a rental property because I love it so much.
