Be prepared for stickiness!
Would RecommendNP-1 is one of the best sealants available. It can be a challenge to work with if you're used to handling latex or similar caulk. Much like 100% silicone, once it's on something it's tough to get off. Sealants don't come any stickier, so just be prepared to minimize tooling or you'll have to develop some skills if it'll be the visible surface.
