Great Experience

This is my first experience using such a device. I love having the ability to adjust the pressure. My mouth feels so clean after using.

My First Waterpik

After repeated mentions from my dental hygienist and my dentist, I purchased your product. This is the first one I have owned. It does take a little bit to get use to, especially turning it OFF before removing it from my mouth. I have used two of the attachments and found them both easy to use. Keeping the end pointed at my gums and teeth is also easy as I can feel the water and where it is impacting. I have only increased the pressure to about half and it felt comfortable to use at that level. ...

Needs Work

I’m not sure if I am getting my money’s worth from this device. I don’t feel like it is doing an especially good job of cleaning between my teeth. The reservoir in the handheld unit seems to be about 20% too small and the fill hole could be better placed.

It's pretty loud for what it is. To be honest. I mean I wouldn't mind spending more for money actually to not get a loud one. I don't care if it's budgeted anymore. That being said, I also think that the controls are big clunky. I don't see the reason why two valve.

Easy!

We bought this unit while on vacation. We had an older unit at home which was still working fine. This newer model has nice features so we are now reserving our older model for vacations. We like the top of the water container where we can store our personal tools

Leaks since taking out of box and filling reservoir. Because of this have not used yet.

Quieter !!

We got this one as a back to another unit we have. We feel Waterpik brand runs very well and holds up well too.

Low cost water flosser

Easy to use and soothing to the mouth. Very reasonable price.

Its expensive and really doesn't do much

Product is beyond noisey, instructions are vague, cheaply made. Down below it asks to rate the attachments, they are poorly made. Your website does not allow one to choose more than one.

Great performance

Much better than regular flossing for removing food remnants that get caught below the gum line

The only flaw is the coiled hose

I am pleased with this water flosser after about 6 weeks. The flosser handle itself is nice and thin, so it's easy to move it around your mouth. The only thing I don't like is how the water hose connecting the handle to the main unit is coiled and doesn't like to straighten out, which can affect how I hold the flosser handle when flossing. This unit would be much easier to use if the hose wasn't meant to stay all coiled up. But I suppose it stays coiled so it fits in the unit for traveling or so...

Outstanding Performance

I use a highly rated electric toothbrush first, then the water pik. I am amazed each time at how effective the water pik is in removing the residual bits and tartar from my teeth left over from the brushing alone. My mouth definitely feels cleaner!

Waterpik plastic

Wish the waterpik was made with a thicker plastic; cover a bit flimsy and slips off easily.

It’s a keeper!

I have enjoyed using this way more than I thought I would!
