Nice cabinets, but most arrived damaged

We waited anxiously for the cabinets for our remodel. When they arrived, most were damaged. We did not have the time to wait for new cabinets to be shipped as other contractors were scheduled (countertops, etc). We needed to glue and repair as best we could to remain on schedule. A bit disappointing as we purchased new - I feel we could have had the same end result buying used and saving a lot of money.

Great service but build quality is lacking

The entire ordering and receiving experience was great but the build quality was lacking. Meaning the tongue and groove connections on several of the cabinets were not together making the entire frame off. I had to modify several to make them work. Since the face frames attach to connect these cabinets together you can get away with the joints not connecting but I worry that the cabinet structurally is not sound. I had no choice to just use them and it was only three or four of the total but...

Beautiful for the cost

Looks really nice in our remodeled kitchen. Great quality for flipping a house.

Perfectly pleased!

Cabinet install, making your decisions is not easy but it all came together beautifully. Not completely done but I now have my kitchen sink and countertops done! Backsplash and lighting soon! Cabinets arrived and all was well. Everyone was wonderful along the way. Jodi from Ashtabula Lowes was awesome! Highly recommend!

Solid construction

I bought these cabinets hoping they would bring me joy. I was not disappointed. Delivered with care. And I love the color and self closing doors and soft closing drawers.

Nice but lacking

I love the cabinets however, there are definitely some short comings. I had damaged cabinets (to be slightly expected), missing shelving, missing roll out drawer brackets, had face pieces cracked, returned and then sent a replacement piece that was also cracked and damaged worse than the first one! Holes drilled for my roll outs in my large utility cabinet were uneven and left my roll outs uneven. Just overall cheap work. I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice features for reasonable cost

Cabinets came in well packaged and no damage. Nice features such as the self closing doors and drawers. Easy to install as well.

Nice cabinets / Poor craftmanship

Our new cabinets arrived in early August and were immediately installed by our GC, as we were under a tight deadline. There were a couple of small issues after opening the packaging but we moved forward with the install. After install, we discovered imperfections under the paint on a couple of 3" spacer pieces. What we thought was surface dirt was actually under the paint. Also many of the roll out drawers and doors, installed at the factory, were stripped out( probably 50%) and had to be repai...

Beautiful cabinets, but.

We bought these cabinets for a cottage we built and with the two different colors they really look great. The construction of the cabinets was only fair quality though. Some cabinets had to be reassembled at some of the panels due to lack of glue or fasteners. A little better quality control would resolve this issue. The trims that we purchased to finish the cabinets were beautiful and over all we are very happy with the final product.

Great service, cabinets are perfect!

Although the timeline was about 3-4 months it worked perfectly for our timeline. The cabinets fit perfectly and they were in great shape when they arrived. Thank you!

Could be great

Wrong size drawer fronts on 2 of the drawers on a unit. Different widths. Had to be replaced. A lot of dings in paint on units.

Great quality at an affordable price

Purchased from Lowe's, very nice e plywood Construction with dove tail drawers, a couple quality control issues, like 1 drawer was busted in assembly, and 1 door was scuffed up and painted over, but got replacement items out fast....

Great quality and finish

I have been waiting patiently for our cabinets to come in, and when they did they met every expectation I had! there were a few paint chips but the repair touch up kit was able to fix no problem. The delivery drivers were kind and efficient, we live in a by-level home with the kitchen up the stairs, and no dents, dings, or complaints!

Perfect for our Family Room Reno.

We bought these to add built ins around our fireplace. We were told the cargo delivery was some times rough and we’d need to use the touch up kit. Each of our 10 cabinets arrived in perfect condition and they look wonderful.

Lookin' Good!

WE finally renovated our kitchen and are loving it! These cabinets are so great and the color really is wonderful. Very affordable (even with higher prices due to the pandemic) and we love that they can't be slammed shut, but just slowly close.

Poor finish, 3 broken boxes 1 box scratch in bottom of interior. Poor quality control

Solid and great looking

Bought these a few months ago and so far so good. Very clean and sturdy thus far and I could not be happier. I would have liked to have seen stronger set up of the trash been drawer so we will see what time does with that one. The lazy Suzan is strong and smooth and all hinges and soft close seem to be great. Original shipping was good to, we only had a single door that had an issue. Over all, great stuff.

Nice product

Shenandoah customer service was very easy to work with. Some changes in design were made before manufacturing and cabinets were received with expected changes. Cabinets were delivered as originally promised. Very easy process.
