The positives are that I really love the finish and the materials used are quality wood. Now the negatives: First, delivery was an absolute nightmare. This was not on Shenandoah exactly, but on the delivery company they used. I won’t go into every detail but it was nearly 3 weeks after the delivery company received my cabinets at their warehouse before I actually received them. Very disappointed
I bought this product in June and it is now the middle of September and I still don’t have all the parts. 3 cabinets came broken and one door broke in the 1st week. For. $20,000 purchase I can’t say it is worth what I paid.

Solid cabinets, great features
My wife really likes the color, selection and features of the new cabinets. Yet, we had several issues that could have been avoid if you have better quality control. We experienced warped cabinet doors, misaligned drawers, incorrect inserts, etc. it has taken time to get those resolved but we are getting there.

Great cabinets
The cabinets look great but upset that some of the cabinets are missing the pellets for the cabinets. The pellets I brought from the store are too big and therefore I have to wait until the ones ordered come finish setting up the cabinets. Also, cabinet doors needed to be adjusted

In the first order, they forgot 33 items. In the second shipment, which is supposed to be missing items, they forgot an additional seven items. It’s been several months. I still don’t have all of my products. It has been kind of frustrating.

Poorer quality than expected
I didn’t buy the high end cabinets. These were considered mid grade. The joints were not tight or glued. Several cabinets came damaged (not delivery fault). Overall I guess it’s worth spending more to get better quality.
