The waiting is not yet over

Manufacturing delays compounded by items lost in shipment made for a very long wait period for our cabinets. Now the wait continues as we try and get items on our punch list resolved.

Average cabinets that lack quality control

Overall the cabinets are satisfactory if you don't look too closely. They came with scuffs and marks that I would have thought would be caught during quality control checks. Some may have been due to shipping but it's hard to know for certain. Pantry cabinets came without interior shelves, which I had to ask for. The interior shelves they sent seem to be lower quality. Every shelf had a piece chip off the edge when snapping them into the shelf clips, and if i slide something out the front lamina...

Ok but needs improvement

These cabinets are good, that is it! There are areas that can be improved such as: Doors being installed true and straight, less warping in the doors (several bowed in the middle), more attention to quality especially hardware installation. Overall good looking cabinets and after we were finished fixing the items, the customer was extremely happy. No touch up pen was included.

Look as good as advertised

Functional cabinets

The cabinets are okay. While they are functional there are areas of glue not wiped off; poor craftsmanship inside of the doors; peeling paint inside doors; some cabinet bottoms are not painted and some are; overall poor craftsmanship.

Cabinets are beautiful

The cabinets are great just what I asked for but the installation is another story. I have been waiting for a while to get them completely installed. I've paid for all that needs to be paid. I think that the installation process needs to be reevaluated because my kitchen has been down for a minute and I don't like it.

Good quality but no attention to detail.

We received our cabinets when promised. The cabinets were made out of good quality material. The cabinets we’re poorly packed to prevent scratching during shipment. We had many doors that needed replaced. One of my biggest gripes was the attention to detail. Many cabinet door and drawers were not even or misaligned. It was up to us to figure out how to aligned everything to where it should be. The company quickly handled the scratch issues and sent new fronts, but it still leaves a bad taste in ...

Beautiful

I love the cabinets with one exception...it is absoutely embarrassing when we are sitting at our table enjoying a meal and I see the underneath of them...I HATE the fact that they are not painted and you can see the plain wood. I just don't understand why they are like that!! We had to replace too many door fronts due to inadequate painting. It was like there was no quality control.

Makes life easy

The soft close doors and drawers are great. You give them a nudge and go on to your next action. They take care of it smoothly and quietly

Great Quality

I had several cabinets made to fit in our small kitchen since the traditional box ready cabinets would not work. This allowed me much more cabinet space and really filled out the kitchen overall. The quality of the construction and painting of the cabinets is top notch. We just ordered an additional cabinet to fill in a small area.

Love the cabinets!

Purchased for a kitchen remodel during COVID shutdown. Chose it because designer at Lowe’s recommended especially considering this company had a 6-8wk turnaround when other companies were much longer. We didn’t want stock cabinets because we wanted the easy-close and full-extension drawers, which we ordered. They look beautiful and we are very happy with the product.

Ughh, spend the extra money.

I am so disappointed in the quality of these cabinets. Within days of install, every cabinet began to chip and wear. I seriously think I would have gotten better quality with IKEA cabinets. We spent about $11,000.00 for these cabinets from Lowes for our small kitchen. Just spend the extra money, it's not worth saving the extra $5000.00. The whole experience from design to manufacturing speed has been a nightmare. Our installers will have come out 3 times to complete the job that has taken over 5...
