terrible product. couldnt be more disappointed. microwave drawer control panel doesnt work and there is no replacement part. microwave is about 2.5 years old and cost over 1200 . ridiculous that Sharp doesnt stand behind its products

Drawer-type Microwave
This is our first drawer type microwave. It is very convenient for lifting things up out of the microwave as opposed to sliding them out. This is also much safer, especially relating to hot liquids. There are a couple of issues we have noticed. The touch controls are not as sensitive as we would like and the microwave power is lower than previous models we've had.
