What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the innovative drawer design for eliminating reach-over hazards and freeing counter space, with many calling it transformative for kitchen workflow. The sleek, modern aesthetics and intuitive tilting control panel receive strong approval. However, a substantial group reports serious reliability concerns, including control panel failures within months or years, sparking, and repeated breakdowns. Many express frustration with unresponsive support and unresolved warranty claims. A few note the lack of turntable may affect heating, though most find performance adequate. Despite durability issues, many still value the design innovation.

Have had this for a few months and love the drawer cabinet style. Just have to remember to close display so you don’t run into it.

Drawer Microwave Oven
Would Not RecommendSo far the powered drawer and electronic controls have worked as they should. I like being able to see what I’m cooking so the jury is still out on that feature. Still getting used to opening a drawer rather than a door.

Can I Just Get a Link to the Install Manual?
Even if this is the best microwave ever created, the fact that Sharp can't just link to an install manual from the page is kind of frustrating. "Here's our product. Want to know how to install it? Go to this OTHER page and search through ALL OF THE MICROWAVE MANUALS WE'VE EVER PUBLISHED." Nice. Thanks, guys

So far So good !!!
Would RecommendIt took a while but we found what we were looking for AND some..!! Looks really good with our black/brown cabinets and was easy to install. I was replacing a old one and I was directed to Sharp by my brother. Glad he said something.! I was looking for a "w" brand but they never got back to me. This is way better

Not a quiet microwave
Would Not RecommendA little disappointed in how loud this microwave is - it almost rattles. The control board that pulls out appears to be of poor quality and I hope it can withstand a few years of service.

Problem with new microwave
Would Not RecommendReplaced older sharp microwave because of electrical arching and sparks. My model and dates confirmed to the settlement of the class action suit, however, my claim was denied! It is now in appeal. The new microwave has a control panel that must be tipped out to see. The clock also cannot be seen if the controls are not opened. This is the major complaint that I have. This along with the incredibly high price.

Drawer Microwave
Would RecommendIt is an extremely stylish microwave. I got a cabinet for 27'' but this can easily fit in a 24" cabinet.

Not a tough appliance. Has to be handled gently.
Would Not RecommendIt is ok. It is great when it works but I find this Microwave to be finicky. It has to sit just right and be operated carefully to work. It is not even one year since I bought it and electronics is showing the sign of breaking. Can't recommend to friends.
