What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise this microwave for quick, even cooking and strong performance that rivals larger models, with many highlighting its compact size, stainless steel design, and intuitive controls. The excellent value attracts buyers seeking affordable, space-saving options. However, a substantial group reports serious safety concerns: units turning on unexpectedly, running uncontrollably, or failing after one to two years, with several describing fire hazards. Some mention the bright display and clunky door feel. Despite strong initial satisfaction, reliability issues create significant hesitation among repeat purchasers.

FIRE HAZARD - Waste of Money
Would Not RecommendDO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE! I bought this microwave January 2022. We are just at ONE year now. Yesterday as I was walking out the door for work the microwave turned on by itself. Almost great.
Had all the attributes we wanted. Unfortunately the power button did not produce the less than 100% we needed. Instructions indicated this feature was on this unit. aside from that, the unit is great.

The new one started chipping by the door and the ceiling had bubbled peeling. Never happened with any of my microwaves. Replacing with an LG. Read of other brands developing a similar problem. Don’t have time to scape, sand and repaint with appliance paint. Now a fire and health hazard. Product quality not what it u...
