Ratings & Reviews for Sharp 1.1-cu ft Low Profile Over-the-Range Convection Microwave with Sensor Cooking ( Stainless Steel )

Replacement for RV oven unit

I replaced my original Sharp microwave/convection oven. The original lasted 17 years and operated beautifully. After the original failed I looked up the model number on the web and found this model to be an exact replacement. There were some alterations that were required to match the install but it was not difficult. Delivery was quick. Price was below what camper suppliers were offering. Very satisfied.

Ok

When opened damaged. Installed anyway and have ordered part.

Always broken or dented

Lowes cannot deliver appliances not broken or dented. The third party delivery is part of the problem. Do not accept an open box. I’ve bought a water heater, a washer, now the second microwave is dented beyond use, all in the last 18 months. Buy somewhere else.

Best microwave ever

I'm super-picky about the option-pad and handle on my microwave, and this one is perfect. You can either just add minutes OR start typing in the time without having to press a "cook time" button. Setting the clock is very easy as well. Handles have a tendency to break and are harder to clean, so the push-button is great. The convection feature is nice when re-heating things like pizza - or really anything that needs a bit of crisping/browning. I've had this since 4/2021 and wouldn't want any oth...

Best RV replacement for your broken original unit

The microwave is a replacement for a Hisense brand microwave in my RV that died recently. The installation was straightforward and the instructions were clear. All of the features of this convection microwave are eons ahead of the nine year old unit that was replaced, and it’s less of a power hog. Would recommend.

Sharp is a great product

Don’t know yet still not installed

Replacement for old Sharp microwave in motorhome

Newer model as a replacement for our older Sharp microwave in our motorhome. Fit existing space and mounting bracket perfectly.

Worst customer service

I waited 3 weeks for this microwave that was in stock. When it got here, the box was completely damaged. Unboxed it and it was dented. The freight company took it back. I called to have it re-ordered. I have yet to receive it. I called the 3rd party delivery company and now they tell me that they cannot re-order and can only give me a refund. It has been over a month. Ridiculous!

Excellent replacement for our motorhome’s old oven

When our old 2011 oven died in our motorhome, I just wanted something as close as possible to fit the space. This was was the same brand, same size, and mounted the same as the previous model. With a little persistence, I was able to replace the oven myself with a second person for muscle.

The only store where a server can be very helpful.

Best service I have ever received. Buying and installation were perfect.
