What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these microwaves for exceptional durability, with many owning the same model for 15 to 26 years and repurchasing due to unmatched reliability. The exact dimensions and mounting system make replacement seamless, eliminating costly kitchen renovations. Reviewers highlight consistent cooking performance, 1100-watt power, quick heating, and user-friendly features like the 2-3 beep completion signal and intuitive buttons. A few note display fading or door mechanism wear after 15+ years, but view these as minor wear-and-tear rather than failures. Overall, customers consider the core cooking function and longevity unmatched.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for replacing exact same model that I've had for 18 years in which the LED screen went bad. Did not have to use the new back plate or hardware for hanging it.

Excellent replacement unit for similar model.
Would RecommendI am most happy that this model was a perfect replacement for our 19 year old Sharp Over-the Counter model. Once we were able to figure out how to take the old one down, the new one installed easily using the same wall hardware. In fact, the owner's manuals were almost identical. The old unit still worked but numbers no longer lit up which made it hard for guests at our house, lol.

Died of natural causes
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom had a sharp microwave and it was 10 years old when she passed away in 2007. We took it home and used it for 16 years before it gave out. The model is not listed of course but I just wanted to say they last a very long time. 26 years is just crazy.
