What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these fittings for reliable, leak-free performance and exceptional ease of installation. The solid brass construction consistently outperforms plastic alternatives, delivering durable connections for water heaters and whole-house systems without soldering. Reviewers highlight how simple and fast installation is, even for DIYers with limited experience. The fittings work exactly as intended with PEX crimp systems, making repairs straightforward and efficient. A few customers noted minor concerns about barb length, but these isolated issues do not diminish the product's strong reputation for quality and dependability.

Would Not RecommendI ordered a 1/2" pex crimp x 3/4" MNPT male adapter and got a used and opened 3/4" pex crimp x 3/4" MNPT male adapter with some blue tape already on it... which obviously won't work at all with my 1/2" pex project. I haven't gotten any response or help about returning this item for the correct part. Disappointed to have waited a few weeks for the shipping for this to be delivered, and now I have to wait another few weeks probably, and pay again for the correct part.

Stout, heavy duty and quality.
I needed to adapt from 1 inch pipe thread down to a barbed fitting for a garden hose. This stout brass adapter was exactly what I needed to do so. But I really only needed some cheap plastic or PVC fittings, but to do all that adapting, I would have needed multiple pieces. So, the extra cost of an expensive brass fitting was actually just as cheap in the long run.

Product is Good, store experience is not
The Sharkbite bins at the Banner Elk store are a MESS. There is almost no correlation between the label on the bin and the product in it. Wasted lots of time trying to find the specific items needed
