What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise PEX pipe for exceptional ease of installation compared to copper or CPVC, highlighting its flexibility, compatibility with SharkBite fittings that eliminate soldering, and quick cutting without specialized tools. Reviewers consistently report reliable performance with no leaks, even in full-house projects, and appreciate color-coding for hot and cold lines. Many cite lower cost and lighter weight than copper as decisive factors for switching. A few note the material tends to curl, but this minor issue barely registers against the strong consensus that PEX delivers outstanding value and performance for plumbing projects.
