What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this metal removal tool for its effectiveness and ease of use, with most noting it outperforms plastic alternatives significantly. Reviewers highlight one-handed operation, superior grip and leverage, and reliable performance in tight or awkward spaces like under sinks and behind walls. Many describe it as a game-changer for confined installations where standard tools fail. A small number report difficulty squeezing the tool or issues with specific fitting sizes, though these criticisms are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Overall, most consider it an essential addition to their toolkit.

A must have!!
A must have if using shark bait products. Not only does it allow you to remove the fittings, but in my case I needed to push my slip coupling further down and it allowed me to do that. Get this if you’re using sharkbite products!
Same as before

Would RecommendEasy to use
Work great
Would RecommendFor me it worked great taking the shark bites apart
Works with much effort, stick with the free one
Would Not RecommendIt is difficult to use. You have to squeeze the handles at the same time as pulling on it. I was able to it but it was way too much effort. If the fitting is in an awkward spot where you can't get a tool in to help you, it nigh impossible. It is not a great improvement on the orange things they include with the fitting, and not worth the price. The professional one looks like it might be okay but that is expensive.
