Would Recommendmakes connecting your water heater so easy.. if your going to buy hand valves this is an all in one option.. not sure why the corrugated one costs more than the steel braded version though. make sure you deburr your pipe first, makes the sharkbite connect alot easier.

Awesome product...works perfectly and no leaks. Just make sure you push the shark bite end into the receiving pipe at the proper depth. There is an online chart from shark bite that shows depth
