Versatile vac

I bought this vacuum and immediately was satisfied with the way it was able to lift the dirt from the rug. With a flip of a button it can lift dirt from your hard wood floors which was why I purchased it. The air filter is very thick.... useful for my situation...we are on a dirt road..great vacuum to use to clean the car as well ....it lifts away from the base you can carry it outside ...up the stairs..ext.

Wonderful product!

I purchase the SHARK lift away vacuum for our vacation rentals and Theo never let us down. The suction is always great.and the ability to use on hard floor and transition to carpet is quick and easy. We have 7 of the Sharks and will continue to use!

Cannot remove roller to clean

I bought this sweeper a few weeks ago and I love it. It cleans great and is easy to use. Love the option to use on hardwood floors and carpet.

Shark lift-away Deluxe

Glad that I had got this vacuum the suction is really good, gets the dirt up out of the carpet. Would buy again, best vacuum I have ever owned.

Easy to use!!

I have had now for 2 weeks unbelievable how much suction and deep cleaning this vacuum does, as well as light weight easy maneuverability . Easy disposal as well with the canister.

Great features

I have always bought cheap vacuums in the past. All I needed was something to suck up the dust and dirt. I spent a little extra this time, and I can definitely see a difference. This vacuum works well on carpet and vinyl flooring. Even though I spent more, it was actually a good price. I would definitely buy this sweeper again!

Broke first time used

The first time I used the NV 366 vacuum and attempted to swivel into a corner by the handle, I felt a snap and the handle turned, but the vac with floor tool did not. This was on a bare floor with little resistance. Apparently the thin plastic tube at the base of the handle, attached with a single rivet to the metal tube, cracked out, making the vac impossible to control. My old shark 360 had a much thicker plastic tube surrounding the metal one, so it never cracked there. Looks like Shark is c...

Nice vacuum, I wouldn't expect anything less from a Shark.

Stopped working after 8 mo.

I bought this vacuum on January 1 2026. The carpet cleaning part of the vacuum stopped working ( II). I can only use it on floor (I). I have had sharks in the past but this is the worst experience I have had. A vacuum should not stop working after 8 months. I would not recommend this product.

Got a Used One

I’m sure the vacuum is probably fine. I’ve always loved Shark vacuums. The issue is with Lowe’s. I assume I’m buying an unopened, new item when I purchase online, however I did curbside pickup for the first time ever and I will not be doing that again. The box had clearly been re-taped and when I opened it none of the parts were in the plastic bags. Shark lift away deluxe vacuum has a lot of suction gets up the dirt in carpet and is light weight. Wished I had bought one sooner. Will buy again in the future.
