Great machine for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is lighter than I thought it would be. Easy to maneuver. Emptying the dust bin as much easier than I thought it might be. I’m pleasantly surprised by the amount of dirt that this picks up. Easy to store the machine in a broom closet. For the price you’re not going to get much better than this.

Best vacuum

This is by far one of the best vacuums I have ever owned. I had a less expensive one before, but it is definitely worth the splurge for a vacuum with the cord. It’s suction is very powerful and especially useful while I have postpartum hair loss. It does not weigh a lot, and you can take it apart to get to other places that are hard to reach.

In reply to this answer to my previous review on this same machine; " Due to the powerful suction of the Shark Navigator Deluxe, the suction release collar can be adjusted to reduce suction when cleaning area rugs and delicate fabrics. Turning the collar to the right releases excess air, making the vacuum easier to maneuver, while turning it fully to the left restores maximum suction." I did. The machine still ate my rug. The design of this machine is a tremendous downgrade.

Great Buy

I absolutely love my Shark Navigator Vacuum! I needed a vacuum to keep up with dander left from my indoor pet. It has been such a lifesaver in keeping my house clean! I love the ease of being able to empty the canister after each use.The vacuum does a really good job at suctioning up all the dog hair left from my dog. Loud, doesn't pick up anything

I bought this late last year and only used it once--because the second time I used it, it stopped picking up anything and just leaving dust lines. I cleaned everything I could, made sure the hose was clogged and tried again--still the same issues. Then I put it away for months and thought, let me try it again. Terrible--does the same thing, Vacuumed for half and hour and the canister is EMPTY, which is ridiculous because I have multiple pets. Just going to go into the trash now.

Awesome suction & get so much dust out of your carpets that you can’t tell is there!

Mantainability

I have had this vacuum for 10 years. I call shark for a piece that broke and they tried to convince me to buy a whole new vacuum stating "We have the vacuums, but they are boxed and sealed so we can't sell you the part you need" with no restock date available. Buyer beware, they expect you to trash a perfectly good vacuum and buy a whole new one instead of just sending you the singular part you need. Apparently no one has a box cutter to open the box and use 1 vacuum for replacement parts.

Make cleaning easy

Just got a dog and pet hair everywhere. I wanted a reasonable priced but a great vacuum and this shark was perfect. Really good on pet hair and cleaning high areas. Great section, light weight, and long cord!

New user

I've only used it once so far, but it does a great job on my throw rugs and appear to also do a good job on the wood floor. I'm still learning how to use it, but I'm optimistic it will continue to do a great job with what I need it to do!

Great service

Your associares are very helpful and polite. Can you tell me if you have had problems with the roller on the NV 360? This is the second one I have had a problem with. This one only lasted a few days using it only once. The other one lasted from November 2025 to last week.

Great Suction...love it !

I love the suction on this Vacuum. This is my second vacuum from shark....love them !

Too strong of suction!

Suction is way too strong for two of our carpeted rooms. We’ve adjusted the suction control and it’s still pulls incredibly hard and is not smooth to vacuum with.

Decent light weight vacuum with some caveats

I had the NV60 before this one. I first inquired about replacement parts for my NV60 but it would’ve almost been just as much as a new vacuum, so I bought the NV360 on sale. It’s a lot lighter and doesn’t stand up as well. It still glides across the floor and seems to pull up an adequate amount of pet hair and dust from my plush apartment carpets. Great vacuum I would purchase it again.

I have had my Shark since 2022 and I can say with utmost confidence that this is an excellent vacuum. It does a phenomenal job cleaning. It’s very convenient but it is a little heavy. Taking it up and down the stairs can be a bit much but it does a great job. The fact it is bagless makes it worth while.

It won't turn on. I cleaned all the parts, it's completely clean, and it does nothing. It doesn't turn off.

Hard to push/pull

I went from a power head that was a lot easier to push/pull to this model. Not as happy with this unit. There is a feature to reduce the suction but it still doesn’t glide as easy in certain surfaces.
