Hard to push/pull
I went from a power head that was a lot easier to push/pull to this model. Not as happy with this unit. There is a feature to reduce the suction but it still doesn’t glide as easy in certain surfaces.

This vacuum cleaner is the best vacuum I've ever had! It works very well at removing dirt. The suction power is unbelievable and it does such a great job at removing dirt. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I'm glad I chose the Shark!

Vacuum cleaner review
The vacuum suction is good so far , detachment is okay dust retention is okay , filtration is okay ,it's light compared to previous shark ninja vacuum one thing I have issue is sometimes vacuum parts I have hard time connecting need to push hard and turn to click it's easy to maneuver all this okay for now but as time will pass vacuum will get weaker and lose suction power

Not good !
I got this vacuum for a replacement for an old shark upright which I truly appreciate the company for doing this. The only thing is I don’t like this new navigator. I would love to have my old one back. The new one is loud, has a shorter cord and doesn’t have a light on the front. It’s also much bulkier than my old shark. I don’t understand why Shark would make a vacuum worse instead of better !

The lift-away was one of my favorites.
I bought this a few months ago, and it hasn’t lost suction yet, I am very impressed with shark, it’s been truly a great deal, I bought other vacuum brands before, but none of them come close to the quality of the shark nv360 the other vacuum I bought previously were crap, they were either too loud or lost of suction, but the shark was perfect it was not too loud and it never lost suction. I recommend the shark nv360.
