Incredible vacuum, a must have for pet owners!

I purchased this vacuum a few days ago to replace my Shark Pet Pro Cordless. I had that vacuum for over 6 years and it finally gave out. The Shark Rotator Pet Lift-Away was a nice upgrade from what I had. This vacuum's suction power is incredible and being able to detach it for steps/harder to reach areas is extremely convenient. new feature odor cartridge

I am liking the new vacuum . There was some changes from an older model that I don't like. The size seems smaller, the cord wraps on the opposite side and not room enough to store the brush attachments.

Don’t bother buying

You are not able to take out the back roller. You have to get a special tool and there are a million screws. Yes shark the back roller needs to be cleaned!

Happy life

I’ve had this Shark for few weeks. I can’t believe how good it picks up dirt. Hard to vacuum place is easy with the Shark. I was laughing out loud enjoying my cleaning day. But what I really like is, the transition from carpet to hard tile floors and back without switching the level of the vacuum. Self leveling. It just keeps on working. I love it. Oh yeah, I vacuum the house not my wife. So guys, fella’s and manly men. Real guys aren’t afraid to help out. Remember happy wife …. Lol

Works Great!

So far. I love it. Picks up a lot of dog hair. Was very impressed with how well it worked. Comes with different attachments. Works great on the couch to get dog hair off.

Stick with a vacuum you know works

I wore out the roller on my previous version of this vacuum. I decided to buy an "upgrade" version with "Power Detect" sensors, but it was way to aggressive and literally the worst vacuum I ever owned. So, I returned it and found this Shark Rotator Lift-Away which was to my surprise a newer version of my old vacuum. Shark Manufacturer, don't mess with success! Keep the Rotator Lift-Away design and ditch that Power Detect technology.

Good!

Used it twice now,seems ok. I purchased this one after having another shark rotator for 7 years. It performs ok but I do need to say that the older one seems better built than new one. Still a good vacuum cleaner though.

shark owner for life

This is replacing a shark duo cordless stick that I've had for nearly 15 years. It is fantastic. I thought the old one was good but this is better.

Great Dual Roll Vacuum

I was surprised to see Shark reducing the number of vacuums with the Dual Roll brush system. My 10 year old Shark still works great but decided to purchase a new Dual Roll vacuum just in case the Dual Roll vac's disappear. Purchased this one on sale so very happy with the price and the performance, I'm in the southwest US and we have a lot of dust out here, it shows very well on the ceramic tile floor and the Dual Roll vacuums remove all of that fine dust. Happy customer.

Great Vacuum.

Actually, this is the third one of this model I've purchased. A close friend loved the first one so much, I gave it to her. The second went as a gift to someone who truly needed a quality vacuum. Hoping to hang onto this one for a while. :)

Disappointed

I bought a little over a month ago, and I am disappointed. I have another shark but I wanted to upgrade so that I could go from carpet to hard floor without taking it apart and putting it back together, and the marketing for the pet hair brush describes it as "power," so I thought it was powered by a motor. It is not. I also found that twhen in lift away mode, only the accessories handle can be used, so I can't get under furniture when vacuuming the carpet. It has great suction, but I am conside...

This was a replacement Vacuum so far so good but the first one was the same worked for a month or so then failed-we shall see how the replacement goes in a few months

Cheap junk

Worst piece of junk I even made the mistake buying. My 15 year old Navigator works better than this cheap trash. Save your money, DO NOT BUY.

Replaced an older Shark Navigator and WOW!

WOW, WOW and WOW! This replaced a Shark Navigator Professional Lift Away which still works but has been through its paces. I researched and wanted another Shark and was impressed with the features on this one.
