Ratings & Reviews for Shark CarpetXpert with Stainstriker Made for Pet Hair Carpet Cleaner with Rotating Brush

Everything is okay, carpet protection extraction odor residue, but stain removal does not work

cleaner has good suction to pickup all the dirty water plus it has an excellent warranty

I wish I purchased the pet hair carpet cleaner

Most innovative carpet cleaning system. Easy to use and clean. With the best suction I have ever had on a home carpet cleaner! I am a shark fan forever

Replacement Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of one that I had purchased previously that stopped dispensing water/solution. I love this machine, so easy to operate whether you are carpet cleaning, spot cleaning or using the upholstery tool. The solutions work very well. I have 3 cats who often make messes and this is a life saver. I also love how my carpet doesn’t feel overly saturated and it dries within 4-6 hours!

Great machine and Great price

I really like this machine. It gets the carpet really clean and for a great price. The extraction was good and didn't leave any residue or odor other than the nice smell of the cleaner. It helped get stains out.

Great fetures

Bought this about a month ago. Has been a blessing ever since. I usually like Shark products, so I was pretty sure I would like this anyway, but the whole auto water thing? Genius. Great stain-removal. Great Odor-elimination. Superior drying time.

I used this carpet cleaner to clean 5 carpets. It kept shutting off after 3 carpets!!!! This is the worst cleaner to buy! It doesn't hold up to its name and wouldn't recommend to anyone. I will be returning to the manufacturer.

More than you’d expect.

I have a medically complex kiddo who’s still in diapers and a senior dog who’s entering diapers. I needed a workhorse but something that was feasible for my home. I’ve always been a Shark Vacuum lover so I bought my first Shark Carpet Cleaner. Here’s my thoughts. No paid advertising, I bought it full price with my money. I’m just simply this impressed. The pet tool for urine. Game changer. The tanks yes they are smaller but I’ll take emptying a tank an extra few times for the power of this machi...

Great vacuum

I tried 2 other portable units and my carpets just felt wet afterwards and still looked dirty. The quick dry feature that this has is amazing and now my carpets are super soft and clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent printer! Love it!😍

Didn't work as should right out if the box

Purchased and out of the box wasn't working properly. Pump not working so water won't spray out of handheld, very delayed when turning off. I'm experiencing a heck of a time trying to get a replacement. Purchased in store in michigan city indiana location and not getting any help period and product not available in stock. I have my receipt and just want to exchange for the same one and I'm on 1 week now still sitting here trying to get a replacement. Horrible Horrible experience

Great cleaner one drawback

Really good machine only draw back is the extraction tank is to small

Great features and capabilities!

I purchased this product a year ago, it works incredibly!

Love this machine!

I love my shark carpet cleaner! Even when my first one stoped working they sent me a new one through there warranty ! Always shop shark!

Works very well

Fantastic!! Bought this to deep clean carpets before selling house. Old carpets with serious wear and stain. This did an amazing job and is so easy to use!

Not recommend for the price not spraying

Does not spray had it for about a year but only used maybe 12 times . Way to expensive for not working after such a short amount of time
