Doesn't Fit
Would RecommendThis trimmer head doesn't fit my Kobalt 48v max. The screws that come with the head don't fit my shaft. Threads are a different size, AND the nut that is already on my trimmer, doesn't fit this product.

Practical
Would RecommendI cannot stand spool dispense style string trimmers. I don’t use the plastic blades, I use trimmer string threaded thru the 3 pivots and they are far more functional. Fits my Stihl and Echo.

Don't recommend
Would Not RecommendWorthless. You should pay me for all the aggravation I have experienced even though I used heavy duty string soaked in water as recommended. If the string barely touches a border or wooden fence all 3 lines snap off. l would not recommend this trimmer head unless you have more patience than I have.

Nice trimmer head, easy to use
Would RecommendThe three way trimmer head works great. For us, the easy replacement of the string beats all other types of trimmer heads. The string is bent, and pops into the holder by hand. The blades are super strong - so watch out around concrete foundations. The blades pop in and out by pushing a simple button. There is no wobble on the end of my gas powered string trimmer. Nice product.
Purchase it to go on my kolbalt 80v trimmer

The Shakespere head for string trimmers is an excellent product.; easy to install and any string trimmer. Much easier to insert three lines into the head as compared ot loading a bump&go head.; plus the lines last longer due to the fact that each head pivots individually allowing the lines to flex away from hardscape, block walls, or stucco walls.

Would RecommendMy sister has an EGO ST1510T 56-Volt string trimmer that is supposed to auto wind the string on, when it runs out. She was having trouble with hers and couldn't get the auto wind feature to work. My brother-in-law has the same model and doesn't have any problems, but even he couldn't get hers to work. I had done some research online and saw a guy on YouTube say that even though the EGO Lithium-ion Cordless String Trimmer wasn’t listed as being compatible with the Shakespeare Universal Replace...
