Ratings & Reviews for Shakespeare Ugly Line 0.105-in x 180-ft Bulk reel Trimmer Line
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this trimmer line for exceptional cutting power, durability, and reliability. The triangular design cuts through thick weeds and brush with ease, requiring fewer replacements than competitors. Users consistently report it outlasts other brands significantly, with many switching permanently and refusing alternatives. The built-in line cutter and easy spool loading enhance usability. A few note compatibility issues with certain trimmer sizes or faster wear near concrete, but these isolated concerns are vastly outnumbered by strong satisfaction across demanding landscaping applications.

Trail maintainer
Would RecommendI am a volunteer maintainer on the Appalachian Trail. We cut 90 miles of tough weeds every summer, some of it 6 feet tall. This string is the best I have found to get the job done. We also cut a lot of small woody vegetation and this string is up to the job.

This product is worth its weight in gold. I decided to upgrade my trimmer line to this product and it lasts a lot longer trimming around the yard. I am very satisfied with this product. Will buy again.

This works
Would RecommendIt weedeater line... what can be said. It seems to wear fine. Unless the weedeater head bounces off a rock breaking the line off flush with the head it feeds fine too.
