What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this trimmer line for exceptional durability and value. Most highlight its strength and longevity, with many reporting spools last up to 50% longer than alternatives. Reviewers consistently note it outperforms comparable lines during heavy use on thick weeds and edging. The 0.065-inch diameter fits multiple trimmer brands seamlessly. A dominant theme is cost savings—customers find refilling existing spools significantly cheaper than buying pre-wound cartridges. Many appreciate the ease of winding and installation. A few report brittleness issues, but these represent isolated cases. Overall, reviewers consider it a worthwhile, economical choice.

Would Not RecommendI have a very small yard and the end of the string quickly deteriorates and becomes a 'feathered edge', thinning itself to a thin flimsy worn out tip. The material it's made of gets eaten up by occasionally touching up against a wooden fence. Yes, I know, I'm careful and trying to avoid the wood at all costs, and just try to keep to the grass. But the string just doesn't hold up at all. My suggestion is to YouTube a hack and see what you come up with. I did, and I'm glad. Don't buy this. I...
The trimming line
Would RecommendThis line works well, even around chain link fences. This is the only line we use.

TRIMMER STRING LINE
Would RecommendI had to bring my 1st purchase back. The line is sold with 3 different x-sections, even though they all say .065" dia. I needed the Round x-section in order to feed it into the existing B&D spools.

Weed eater line
Would RecommendIt does the job it's meant to do, and fits my weed eater, but there's nothing special about it that makes it stand out.

String line
Would RecommendNot as long lasting as b/d pre filled spools or twisted neon green line, but cheaper, easier to spool than the beon green line.

Would RecommendI was looking for pre-spun spools for my Craftsman Weed Wacker, could not find any, so I opted to wind the spools my self, this is easy and affordable.

Trimmer line .065
Would RecommendThe product does what it is supposed to do. It works fine and does the job. It is disappointing that the product packaging is not more environmentally friendly. The company may say that they are trying to keep the cost down by using the packaging that it does. However, it is a false saving in that all of the rest of us "pay more in the long run". I hope that someone with a little more imagination tries to do the right thing for all of us.
