I don't have the words to describe how amazing this tool is. This is universal and fits lots of weed eaters. I almost spent $130 on a attachment for my Craftsman multi tool weed eater. I'm glad I didn't this was much cheaper at around $23 and worked excellent!

Great product

Universal...not so much

I love these blades!!! Never had blades cut through anything so effortlessly!! Couldn't give 5 stars though because the assembly instructions were not clear and I'm pretty sure the mounting bolts were not machined well. The proper size centering nut was included but it would not fit my weed eater shaft. I had to accept a less than perfect fit, limiting my ability to use it safely. Will buy again but will definitely ensure the included hardware is correct.

Not Universal

I bought this for a Murray MTD 2510. None of the threaded pieces will fit on to the shaft of this trimmer. I'm not sure if there is a safe way to modify it but I am disappointed. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR A MURRAY MTD 2510.

Hopeful it hepls us clear out small brush.

Slick contraption! I cleared 1/4 acre of pucker brush and even some small saplings (1/2"). You stop the head from spinning by sticking a punch or screwdriver into a hole on the backside of the weedwacker head. The unit itself acts like a wrench... grab it and twist (reverse thread).

It works really great, no issue with set up, forgot to get extra ones though.

Universal fit Coarse Thread Metal Blades.

It came with different sizes of nuts and bolt to fit a male or female end for the weedeater, but they only fit coarse threads. The weedeater have has a male end with the fine threads. I didn't know until after I had to rip the packaging open. The packaging is not open friendly, so I had to cut and rip the packaging to get it out. After that ripping the packaging, I didn't feel it was right to return it. I tried to find a nut with fine threading, but i couldn't find a nut with the right size an...

Cut through all the brush, including the weed trees that were about a quarter-size thick. It was like a mini chainsaw. Very happy with the purchase. Also very easy to install on Black and Decker straight weedwacker.
