Really good on high weeds, but be careful om rocks and trees ,one blade broke from hitting a rock. It comes with extra blades easy to change.

I wish I would have purchased one sooner.. makes cutting down grass and weeds 100 percent easier.

Definitely easier than the string

This works great with grass, weeds and brush. Just try to avoid cement and stones which wears it done more quickly

OK but

Works better with larger weedeater motors (stalls engine on smaller weedeaters). It can scalp the ground if you are not careful.

Didnt work with my Craftsman gas trimmer

I found nothing "tool free" nor could I get this on in under 5 minutes. The instructions come with 4 different methods, depending on your trimmer. You have to figure out the method. Then you need to figure out which of the 8 bolts will thread on your trimmer. Neither worked on my Craftsman gas trimmer. Returned for refund.

3 blade head is a beast!

Great for taking down big weeds, small trees (<1”). Blades do not wear quickly but are the easiest blades/string to change of the 4-5 different varieties I have owned.

Bought this product to do some weed eating of very heavy weeds. Was skeptical because the blades are made of plastic. But was very surprised at the toughness of the blades. It cut through a everything even small branches along the perimeter of the yard and drive. I have used on over a acre of land and flipped the blades over and there still going strong. Conceptually fabulous...practically flawed

I bought one of these last spring, thinking it was an effective and slightly-less-menacing alternative to a metal blade. All the necessary hardware is included to mount it on practically anything, including my older straight-shaft Shindaiwa. It cuts really nice, handling heavier weeds and light brush, but remaining forgiving when you knick an occasional rock or larger tree. And when that happens, blade replacement is pretty simple.
