Okay but needs better handling to prevent damage

A good safe but the corner was crushed during shipping. Thankfully it was the back and not the front. This has made me reconsider buying things online from Lowes in the future.

Safe Was Damaged

Safe arrived damaged in three or more places, and the dial is all pushed in. I had read the reviews about this product and others had the same complaint. I would have thought that they would have addressed this issue, or quit shipping these. This item is too heavy for me to return to the store. I don't recommend buying this safe and having it shipped!

Great quality product for the price

I bought the safe a month ago and it is perfect for the cheap price that I was offered. The safe is durable and fireproof. The capacity is amazing for its size.

Merchandise damaged

I live in a rural area and ordered the safe online. Went to unpack the safe and there were dents in two locations on different sides of the unit. Called customer care and they wouldn't come and pick-up or replace for me. They said the closest store over an hour away would contact me within 24 hours. Five days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. So I will be getting a neighbor to help me load it and return to the store for a refund. I tried to chat with Lowes about it but they said...

Good but wish the safe wasn't damaged

Curb side pickup from store. Pickup was good but when I got home and opened it up it looks like the side was smashed in as if the box was dropped on the corner hard during Shipping

Do not buy online!!!

I’ve had two century safes delivered to my home by Lowe’s. Both arrived with significant dense to the body, which compromises its fireproof qualities. Lowe’s makes you take the safes back to the store for a return, which is a total pain The manufacturer needs to improve the robustness of their packaging

Very happy with this safe. Heavy, easy to use and extra security (meaning you can set it up to open with a key and code). Glad i purchased it.

Well built, easy to operate, good value

Very well made, heavy duty. Electronic lock and manual double security key are easy to operate. The online registration and free replacement after a fire are good features. Lowe's has a great price and fast delivery.

Good product, bad shipper

The product was precisely what i wanted, and finding it and ordering was easy and quick. Problem was with shipment - shipper (FeeEx) pparently dropped it in transit, as when unpacked it had significant dents, but they didn't impair the function. Not easy to return a 85 lb product, and no reply from FedEx when contacted

Arrvied Damaged

Whether or not the safe is any good remains to be seen. When I opened the package the safe was damaged. Now I have to haul the thing back to my local Lowes. Since it was shipped to me, they won't replace it and take it back when they deliver a new and hopefully undamaged one.

Returning safe

The safe was delivered LOCKED with no key or combination. There was also a ding in the side of it apparently from when they were prepping to deliver it. They are picking it up for return in a week but while I was looking at it sitting there I noticed it has a large ding in it also. I was anticipating receiving it. A really bad experience.
