Would RecommendWe were very pleased with this! We both sleep better knowing that important documents and treasures are safe. The factory code did not work! so we used the key. After many failed attempts to use the factory code I pressed the little red reset button. This worked. This advice should have been in the instructions.

The time has come to upgrade to a larger safe and after extensive reviews and comments about other company models at this price point, I selected the EF3428E. Very pleased with the construction and dealing with the SentrySafe organization. I saw other reviews that mention the inside lining was little loose.
