2-years of Ownership: Failed in less than 50 hours

Following up on my review from July 17, 2023 with the missing tube. This is the single most disappointing piece of equipment I have ever owned. I bought this because I wanted a 4-stroke blower. It's a newer brand so I was cautiously optimistic. The entire unit is trash in less than 50 hours of use in just under 2 years of ownership. (1) The fuel tank breather line was too short, so gas leaks EVERYWHERE. Ruined a leather belt that I had for 25 years, plus a pair of pants and underwear. I had...

Only a few flaws

Assembly was very simple. Power is amazing. Easy start. My only hangup is the design on the base. Not stable to support the shifting and constant vibration. Fuel leaks a lot and only after a couple of uses the springs on base broke away from machine causing total headache.

Leaking gas all over

After un boxing the blower and assembly of the blower added the oil and gas Following the start up instructions pushed the primer bulb 10 times and there was gas all over the place and blower would not start after taking blower apart I found that the gas lines were not hooked up Very disappointing. Gas lines looked old Have not been able to get the blower to work gas running all over. Not a good purchase. Will look into buying a different brand of blower

Doesn't work

I purchased this blower through Lowe's website. It had many problems. Gas tube is too short and it would come out easily and leak out all your gas. Once you start the blower, it would stop each time when you press to the max. So... I returned it and purchased another one thinking I received a bad unit and the second one will be good. Wrong!!! The second one had exactly the same issues as the first one. Please don't buy this junk!

quite and light, good power

great little blower, my only concern is getting parts down the road using it for landscaping.

USA customer support 🇺🇸

USA customer support. You can easily reach via phone not a chatbot should you have any questions or concerns. I purchased several pieces of SENIX equipment, including this backpack blower. They are well built, a fantastic value, run great, and are much quieter than 2-cycle alternatives.

Hands down the best product and company

I have used this all summer long and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! It is a game changer

Won't Keep Running

It ran great out of the box, but on the second and third use it stopped running after 15 minutes. It would restart but then shut down again. I followed the instructions in the manual but it didn't help. The manufacturer has not responded to my request for help. Will be returning this.

Disappointed

Could not get this blower to fun. Returned for a refund.

So comfy

I LOVE ALL SENIX PRODUCTS. However this baby is my favorite

fuel system leaks

brand new, out of box, added fuel , fuel leaked all over would not stay running

Hard to find parts for it.

Very difficult to find parts for it. Even a spark plug.

Easy to use. Good quality blower

Never heard about company. I have an engineering degree and work on small engine repair for trinkets I find on side of the road. After receiving the blower I am happy with the build quality. Blower very easy to start. Quieter than a 2 cycle. Has plenty of power to blow away deep piles of leaves. And one last item...way better than Ryobi

Blow those leaves

Works well the motor mounting could be stronger
