Not great - mold, twisted metal, and rocky litter
The mulch has clearly been sitting around for a while. There is a chalky white substance in almost every bag that does seem to wash away with exposure to sun and moisture. That said it looked pretty rough for several days. More troubling to me was the presence of many pieces of twisted metal and large chunks of stone or concrete in more than a few of the bags.
