Ratings & Reviews for Scotts Turf Builder EdgeGuard Mini Broadcast Spreader 15-lb Capacity Compatible with Ice Melt, Salt, Fertilizer, Seed
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise this spreader for its lightweight design, easy assembly, and foldable storage, with the EdgeGuard feature preventing fertilizer from reaching sidewalks and driveways. Most report even, efficient spreading suitable for small to medium lawns. However, nearly one in five reviewers report mechanical failures—spinner or agitator breaking after few uses—and fertilizer getting trapped in wheels causing uneven application and dark stripes. Some note lacking calibration instructions. Despite durability concerns, most customers find it effective for lawn care.
