What Customers Are Saying
The Scotts Quick Fix grass seed appears to be effective for quickly establishing grass cover, especially in bare or damaged areas. Many customers reported the seed germinated and grew within 5-10 days, with some noting it was the fastest grass seed they had used. Reviewers highlighted the seed's ability to thrive in difficult conditions and provide a "quick fix" for problem spots. However, some customers expressed disappointment, stating the grass did not grow at all or was short-lived, and cautioned the seed is primarily composed of annual grasses, meaning the new growth may not be permanent.

Quick repair
I seeded some bare patches with this product and they were filled in with grass just over a week later. The perennial seed in the mixture will eventually make the repairs permanent. Usual Scott quality product.

I may never buy another Scotts seed after this.
Would Not RecommendAbout a third of the seed in this bag grew. The rest apparently was just chaff. I will probably buy non-Scotts brand seed after this. What grew, grew well. But when you seed an 5 square feet of patch from the same bag at the same time, and you get 2 sq ft of coverage, all to one end? No thank you.
