Would Not RecommendBrought this product to patch a few dead spots on my lawn caused by fungus. I removed the dead grass and prepped the area and laid down the seed per the instructions. Covered with about 1/8” of mulch. Watered multiple times per day. After four weeks, not one blade grew. I did it again, same results. I even tried overseeding my entire lawn, not one blade grew. Completely useless. The remaining seed went in the trash.
Best seed bar none.

Grass growth
Would RecommendHave purchased a few bags of this to use in the spring as el. It works well and sprouts quick. We pre soaked some as well which worked great for our tougher spots in the yard to grow grass.

Great product
Was in a rush for grass to grow in so I could pass an Inspection by the town, sowed the seeds in mid september and a week later growth was visible... two weeks later lawn was fully grown.

Miracle Seed!
Would RecommendI seeded with this in our HOT days watering often! With just a few days of cool days and one actual rain that area looks lush, strong and ready to be mowed and part of my lawn!
