What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this thinset mortar for exceptional bonding strength and reliability in tile and waterproofing applications. Reviewers consistently highlight its smooth, creamy consistency that mixes easily and offers extended pot life, making it ideal for both professionals and DIYers. The product excels with membrane systems and various substrates, delivering strong adhesion in high-moisture environments like bathrooms and showers. While several note the higher price, most agree the superior performance and reduced failure risk justify the cost. A few mention inconsistent mixing instructions, but this represents a minor concern among overwhelmingly satisfied customers.

Does the job well, I'd like it already mixed.
Would RecommendIt does the job well, adheres the orange membrane to the surface quite nicely. I did not like to have to mix it, that's quite a pain, but since it's the recommended product for the in-floor heat grid, my husband made me buy it.

Tiling
Would RecommendWorked just fine for my needs. I couldn’t find the grey color in store, so this had to do but it was fine. Used for both membrane to substrate, and tile to membrane.

Thinset
Would RecommendEasy to use once you get the mixture right. I usually use 10lbs at a time and once you get the right ratio of water it is so easy to work with.

Works very well
Would RecommendThis is a very smooth and creamy thinset mortar. It is the best to use when using the Schluter system and the buildup is thinner when applying kerri band. the downfall is that it is very expensive.
