Wrong order sent, very difficult to return.
I ordered two keyed alike door knobs and I was sent two differently keyed knobs. They were delivered quickly by Fedex. I requested a shipping label to return the knobs promptly, I was told this was not possible and that I had only two options: return to the nearest Lowe's (a 60 mile round trip) or get the box picked up a whole week later ( not a viable option since we are leaving for extended travel and need new door locks as soon as possible). Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall quality of the knob assembly is good. Installation was easy with one exception. The installation of the two chassis screws was awkward given their location. Both are partially blocked by the inside knob itself. Otherwise the assembly was “per the instructions” and straight forward. Overall quality is yet to be determined as it was just installed.

Great product, super easy install
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for bright brass finish. Replaced it for another Schlage lock. Installation was very easy and straight forward. Took a little time to get the screws to line up to grab on the opposite side but that's expected. Schlage locks always seem to last the best and they are me first choice.
