Good lock
Would RecommendI’ve used Schlage locks many times over the years for various projects. The locks are just fine. The only trouble I’ve had with “any” lock has been with the seller ( in this case Lowe’s ). So in short, lock is great, Lowe’s service not so much. I prefer to have a Schlage lock container with a factory sealed box. Then you know the contents have not been tampered with. So keep this in mind when buying.

Replacement dead bolt
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 23 yr old dead bolt that is part of a handle and dead bolt package. Old mechanical broke. This new version is a lot more durable. It should last last twice long as the old one. That was replaced under warranty

Super easy install

I have installed many deadbolts over the years and this was by far the easiest to install. The bigger screws make a world of difference for old fingers. Thank you

Lock set
Would RecommendI purchased this lock set to replace an existing lock that has failed. The manufacture has made improvements to the way it bolts together that made the install much easier. The new lock set operates smoothly. I highly recommend this product.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did my research and based on the info I found, I purchased the Schlage deadbolt. It was easy to install. I’m 77 and the instructions were fairly clear. It came in a lot of different finishes which I appreciated. The most difficult part was getting the old Kwiksett lock out due to those nonreversible screws!
