Pool-deck cracks

I have used many products over the years trying to get rid of the cracks on my pool deck. This time I used a syringe that was designed for art projects. I filed just inside the crack as I had learned on my first attempt on my mom’s pool that this stuff spreads and doesn’t come off easy. Some spots sank and I hit them again. Not Impressed

Sank into the crack and dried. Then it split (inside the crack) making the crack more narrow and impossible to fill except over the top with more, causing a ridge. Attempting to smooth it, just dragged it out again after the first attempt.

Perfect for sealing cracks in concrete

The product thick and closely matches the concrete color. I used a plastic scraper to smooth and press more product into the cracks.

Need lots of drying time!

Disappointed - this was supposed to be dry in a day or 2 but I had rain 4 days after it was applied and the caulk got soft/mushy and sank into the crack! I had filled a different crack that had over a week of dry weather and it held up to the rain.

Not easy to work with

Too thick. Hard to get out of tube. Did not sink into crack

Slab concrete sealer.

The concrete crack sealer flowed nicely into the smaller cracks and larger. It does really seal nicely. It rained a few days after I filled a lot of cracks and where I sealed to water did not leave a trace of seeping like those that I did not get to seal yet.
