It’s really easy to use for both narrow little cracks as well as wide gaps. Both color and texture look like the original mortar. I first used a tube of it about 6 years ago for cracks caused by settling foundation and those repairs have held up perfectly. Would RecommendApplied on our chimney cracks. It is strong after application. The Sandy texture disappears into stucco and mortar joints. Be noted that it is a little bit whitish compared to our original mortar.
