Then finally installer comes back again with some new calking and it holds for awhile i put this stuff on coated area were they tried just had a rain storm success.
Container size wrong.
Would RecommendThe product works well, but description is false advertising. The container quantity is not 1-quart as described, it is only 29 ounces. A quart is 32 oz.

Roof leaks / very helpful
I had a few leaks in my roof. This helped seal the leaks and stop water from coming into my garage.

This works where Flex Seal failed
Would RecommendIt actually works. I got it at the local Lowes for a good price. I am not sure if I would buy it again for $26.50 though.

Good stuff
Would RecommendProduct was recommended by name by our chimney specialist to seal the crown and prevent deterioration. Never heard of it before, but have a few other places I plan to apply it.

Great solution for quick roof repairs.
Would RecommendWorks well as a sealer for roof leaks. Very sticky so be sure to apply it carefully so it only goes where you want it to. Also wear gloves.

Great product, horrible container
The complex convoluted container makes it difficult to use this product and IMPOSSIBLE to use all of it which wastes a chunk of money. The product itself is very good.

IT WORKS
Would RecommendWe had a bad storm and I was walking down my hallway and felt water hit me. I open the door to my furnace and there's water just POURING in all over my brand new furnace. I bought this stuff and used it to reseal everything on the roof and it's storming now and it's completely dry!! We had put it on hours before it started to storm again too so this stuff definitely does it's job instantly. I am so happy. It took so much of my stress away.
