Pretty decent fridge

While the capacity and general cooling performance are alright, keeping the exterior and interior shelves pristine takes way too much effort. Additionally, managing the temperature consistency has been a bit of a hassle. It offers some decent customization options for storage, but the overall accessibility and upkeep make it frustrating to maintain daily.

The shelves are removable for space in the inside, changing temperature is easy. Our family enjoys the accessibility and the cooling temperatures for the water is perfect.

Sleek beautiful fridge with awesome fearures

Samsung worked with us to get an authorized repair person and after trying they determined it could not be fixed so Samsung gave us a credit towards a new fridge! This one has features that clearly Samsung took feedback and modified and it's really a beautiful fridge. Have to hand it to Samsung for coming through on their Mfg ...

Refrigerator Upgrade

So when we were looking for a replacement we wanted something with more storage but still counter depth. This refrigerator meets our expectations and then some. We really like how sleek it looks but you can access the French doors on top and bottom. The middle drawer is nice because we can adjust the temp based on what we want to put in it. Unbelievably bad

Please notice all the good reviews are incentivized. 3 months after getting this fridge, freezer breaks. We have a warranty yet we have been fighting with Samsung for over a month to fix it. They give us the run around and no straight answers. It has been so upsetting and we have lost so much food. This was pricey so I’m shocked by how it’s been handled. Still not fixed and it appears they have no plans to fix it. We will have to get rid of this and buy a new one.
