Great Fridge

The AI tools are great, once you take the time to learn them, its really helpful for keeping only fresh food. Also I love the 2 different ice machine, you can make both mini and large ice cubes which is great. Overall its easy to use and is accessible for kids too.

Great, intuitive smart fridge!

The Bespoke AI 4-Door Flex refrigerator seriously outperforms my old fridge in terms of cooling, ice making, and overall smart functionality. The shelves are massive and provide plenty of room for organization.. The smart interface is super intuitive and helps me keep track of what's in my fridge.

I love the look and the way I can see what i have on the fridge when am at the supermarket, i've never forget a thing! Really love the space.

like it

Really like the sensor door openers and the water being behind the door instead on the front of the door. has a nice slick appearance. Calendar on the screen is very helpful tracking everyone's daily schedule at your fingertips. Have read reviews that the ice isn't fast enough but I have had no problem with that. Only downside is it does get a lot of fingerprints on both the screen door and the regular doors. I do have to clean it daily.

Smart refrigerator

I love the fridge but the screen which went bad a couple of times. After using the fridge for over a year, I have no complaints.

Buyer beware!!

Do not buy this product!! The ice maker will go out on you!!! The repairman has been out 5 times and it still makes ZERO ice! I try to call Samsung and the phone line automatically disconnects every time. I leave messages on the Chat and no one calls back!

My favorite fridge line

I love this smart fridge. My mom watches the news on it every morning and plays Spotify. So many cool options and even lets us know what items have been placed inside or what needs to be restocked. There’s a lot of apps you can download and lots more fun stuff you can do, haven’t discovered everything yet. My family would buy it again in the future for sure, love everything Samsung.

Gorgeous but too faulty

Gorgeous fridge!!! Love the structure, however it breaks too often. I tried to leave other reviews, and they keep taking them down.

Not worth the price tag

This smart fridge has a pretty high price point. For the amount of money spent, you’d expect that every feature properly works. The many features on this smart fridge are supposed to work efficiently to save time. Unfortunately, after having it for a year the water dispenser has taken a lot of PTO. This feature of the fridge is supposed to fill up a water jug and keep it ready for quick pouring use. Love the product. It is sleek and modern looking. I love the built in screen tablet where you can see your calendar, once paired, and the ability to add personal photos and notes for the family. The thing even has a built in tv stations!! Crazy and futuristic. If you like gadgets this is a great fridge. The size and interior are roomy and big. Love the separate open door for drinks and water as well. I do however miss my ice through the door lol. It was definitely a great purchase.
