What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the spacious interior, dual ice maker, and smart features. Most highlight the massive capacity, 3-door French door design, and large door bins as ideal for families. The dual ice maker offering standard and smaller cubes, built-in water pitcher, fingerprint-resistant finish, and smart app integration for remote temperature control receive consistent praise. However, some report serious reliability issues including ice maker malfunctions and freezer failures after extended use. Despite these concerns, most customers find the storage design and advanced features worthwhile and recommend the refrigerator.

Great value
Would RecommendCapacity: very roomy. Love having 2 type of ice. Things don't like, hope Samsung to improve it: some items inside the frig have light moisture on the surface, i.e. juice pouch, small jar. Door seal feels loose, need to make sure it closes securely everything by another push.

Samsung Bespoke AI 32 cu. ft refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our Samsung French door refrigerator with bottom freezer. We did not want any water or ice through the door. We really like that the dual ice maker is in the freezer which gives us an unbelievable amount of room in the refrigerator - there is so much extra room in both the adjustable shelves and in both doors. It has a smart app which allows us to set the cooling temperature for both the refrigerator and the freezer from our phon...

Cleaning friendly needed
Would RecommendThe fridge is great except for when it comes to cleaning, it’s the most difficult fridge to clean. And the bottom drawer collects food and other crap that you can’t get out

The perfect model for our use.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is another addition to our family of Samsung products. This refrigerator is a big refrigerator with no ice maker which makes it perfect for our use as we have a stand alone ice maker. It is used in the pantry as a secondary unit to store drinks, milk, meat and ice cream among other things. The unit comes with a wifi app which also complements its use as the refrigerator is not kept in a high traffic area so it can let you k...
