What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the refrigerator's sleek, handle-free design, counter-depth fit, and spacious interior with French doors and bottom freezer with sliding baskets, making it ideal for small to medium households and tight kitchen spaces. Most appreciate the fingerprint-resistant exterior and intuitive layout. However, some report serious reliability issues including sudden cooling loss, compressor failure, and ice maker defects within weeks or months. Non-adjustable shelves also frustrate users storing tall items. Despite these concerns, most customers find the design and functionality worthwhile.

Would Not RecommendSamsung should be ashamed of themselves. A lot of food had to be thrown away, and we’ve been eating out of coolers with bags of ice. I paid $1300 for a fridge and it only lasted five years. Even if a part is under warranty, you still have to pay for labor and you can end up paying 600 bucks. Plus in order to get the warranty, you have to give them your credit card number so they can bill you $150 just for them to come out to assess the problem. This refrigerator after sometime will require a thorough cleaning which requires you to remove all of the drawers and shelves, but good luck. Cleaning this unit thorough...

We bought this fridge earlier this month and it’s amazing!! Even though it’s less wide than most refrigerators, you literally cannot tell the difference when you open it! It’s so nice looking inside I feel like I have a super fancy fridge 🤭
