Dishwasher Rocks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enjoy the hyper quiet operation. When you operate it for the first time, you're uncertain that the unit is on, since it's so quiet. Only have to use it every 2-3 days so the capacity is great and the dishes are washed very well.

Broken door latch

What’s the second time the latch is broken on the door causing the dishwasher unusable super frustrating and now it’s out of warranty so I will have to pay for my 2 1/2 year-old dishwasher to be fixed once again. Most of the racks have chipped paint so they’re all rusty. The very top ““ third rack is pointless because nothing gets cleaned up there. We have all Samsung appliances, washer dryer, refrigerator range microwave and this is by far the worst dishwasher we have ever owned.

Taller plates

Bad

Dishes never come out clean and are NEVER DRY. Always dripping wet..so I still always have a sink full of dishes waiting to dry before I put them away. Have had less than a year. Do not recommend.

Decent dishwasher but the rack system sucks. Angled dividers really make it hard to load stuff both bottom and second rack. The top top shelf is worthless. There isn't even any sprayers up there. I have had this for a year now.

Junk

This dishwasher didn’t even last 1 year in our home. It was a constant headache. The control panel went out and Samsung support wouldn’t fix it despite being under warranty. Months of time went by before I finally purchased a non Samsung appliance. To say this dishwasher is anything more than garbage is a lie.

Quiet

I like that the door opens when dishes are clean taking the guess work out wondering if they are clean or dirty. There is also a 3rd shelf for knives or other utensils when you run out of space in the basket or decide not to use the utensil basket.
